HSU ACADEMY / NATIONAL EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT PROGRAM

Homeschool Consulting & Shared Learning Network

Your homeschool. Your curriculum. Our educators. Shared costs, personalized learning.

Explore home-based education with a practical plan, a clearer understanding of your state’s options, and access to qualified subject specialists. HSU Academy helps families navigate homeschooling choices and connect with independent educators through Online Tutor Connect. Our privately funded small-group classes help families share instructional costs without requiring government education funding.

A supportive way to homeschool

Homeschooling can be flexible and meaningful, but families often face difficult questions: Which legal pathway applies? How should we plan Pre-K–12 learning? Who will teach science, mathematics, writing or world languages? What should instruction cost? Our service brings the planning, instructor matching and family coordination together.

What the program includes

  • Free introductory consultation: discuss your child’s grade level, interests, learning goals, state of residence and available options.
  • State-aware homeschool planning: review official requirements and prepare a family action checklist. Parents remain responsible for any required notices, filings or approvals.
  • Pre-K–12 curriculum guidance: map core academic subjects, enrichment, projects, assessments and schedules to family priorities.
  • Small-group online learning: when a class has suitable enrollment, families share the cost of live subject instruction.
  • Individualized tutoring: optional one-to-one help through independent instructors in the Online Tutor Connect network.
  • Ongoing coordination: scheduling, progress-review templates, instructor introductions and recommended adjustments.

Why shared learning?

A family may not need to hire a private teacher for every hour of instruction. A small group of students studying the same topic can share the cost of an instructor while enjoying live discussion, feedback and peer interaction. For example, five families contributing $15 to a one-hour class generate $75; paying the instructor $60 leaves $15 for HSU Academy before other operating costs. This is an illustrative model, not a published fee or savings guarantee.

Choose the right level of support

  • Family-directed homeschool support: guidance for families who establish their own lawful home education arrangement and want help with planning, curriculum, and supplemental instruction.
  • Credentialed educator matching: where a state’s laws permit a qualified teacher or private tutor pathway, we can explore matching verified instructors and documenting the required instructional arrangements.
  • Supplemental enrichment: mathematics, sciences, language arts, world languages, executive-function skills, creative arts, movement and project-based learning.

Homeschool Concierge — Planning & Ongoing Coordination

Want a clear homeschool plan without managing every detail alone? HSU Academy can guide the planning process, coordinate introductions to independent educators, help organize schedules, and follow up as your family’s needs evolve. Parents remain in charge of their child’s education and legal homeschool responsibilities.

What HSU Academy does—and what parents retain

HSU Academy provides educational consulting and administrative coordination. We can help families find official information, prepare checklists, organize draft materials, and track deadlines. Parents or guardians choose their lawful schooling pathway, make final education decisions, sign and submit any required notices or filings, maintain required records, and arrange any legally required evaluations. HSU Academy does not sign parent-required filings, guarantee legal compliance, act as a public charter school or school of record, or provide legal advice. Requirements and the permissibility of any instructional arrangement vary by state.

The program is designed for privately funded family-paid support; government funding is not required. Availability of tutors, small-group classes, and state-specific support is confirmed individually.

Serving families across the United States
