The interactive planner is loading. The questions can also be used as a worksheet.

01 · VISION

Start with a vision.

Fields marked * are required. A clear question or an early idea is a valid starting point.

Describe a direction that matters to you. It can be an early idea that still needs discussion.

For an organization or community, consider whose perspective should help shape the plan.

Record what is already happening, what exists, or one example you can build on.

02 · PRIORITIES

Choose what matters most.

Give the vision a manageable focus. You do not have to fill every priority.

Choose up to three priorities, in your own order. A priority describes what to focus on; its observable result describes what progress would look like.

Priority 1 · required
Priority 2 · optional
Priority 3 · optional

Use general planning details. Do not enter financial-account information or confidential records.

03 · MILESTONES

Make progress visible.

A milestone is a checkpoint or deliverable you can review, rather than a promise that everything will be achieved.

The planner offers editable checkpoint prompts and dates across your planning window. Replace them with milestones that fit the real work. An owner can be a role; confirm their agreement separately.

Milestone 1 · required
Milestone 2 · optional
Milestone 3 · optional

04 · ACTION

Make a practical commitment.

Keep the first step small enough to begin, and decide when to review what you learn.

A starting prompt is supplied. Edit it into something you can actually do.

Name a role or write “To agree.” A name here does not assign work or confirm acceptance.

For example: one short task each week, or a weekly team check-in.

Dates record your intentions. This tool does not book appointments, send invitations, create reminders, or confirm another person’s participation.

Your answers are used in this browser and are not automatically sent to HSU Academy. Avoid confidential or sensitive personal details. Download or print the plan if you want a copy; your browser may retain form entries.

CLARITY THROUGH REFLECTION AND PRACTICE

A direction you can revisit.

A useful plan can change as you listen, test an idea, and learn. This tool turns your own statements into a structured plan; it does not analyze personality, score readiness, or use AI to judge your answers. The milestone prompts and dates are suggestions you can edit.

When planning with others, invite their perspective and confirm their agreement. Dates do not create appointments or reminders. This tool does not submit answers or use browser storage; browser form retention and other website features may operate separately. Copies you download, print, or share contain your responses.
